Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Parcel
Place the items in their original presentation box and secure them within the shipping carton, ensuring any complimentary samples are included if the entire order is being returned.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our boutique warehouse, our experts will inspect the seals; once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
